This set reduces the target's MAX HP by 40% of the damage dealt by the set wearer. A good set for countering champions with high defense who usually heal themselves to a large amount of HP before you can kill them. The Destroy set reduces the enemy's total HP pool, as a result of which their self-healing becomes less effective. Per attack, the target's MAX HP cannot be reduced by more than 8%. The effect applies to the skill as a whole, not per hit, so multi-hit skills will at most reduce it by 8%. During battle, the target's MAX HP cannot drop below 40% of its initial value. It was updated on 07.12.2020 in version v.3.00.0 before New Year. Previously it reduced the enemy's MAX HP by 30% of damage.
