This set is best suited for heroes that are designed to take damage, such as those with built-in counterattack mechanics. It provides good soft control over enemy champions. Although enemies with [Procation] debuffs can attack, they can only use their default Skills. Equipped with a champion who counterattacks, Seth can permanently block enemy champions by repeatedly applying the debuff [Provocation].
