The owner's turn counter increases by 10% for every 5% of health lost each time an enemy attack hits. This set is incredibly useful in certain situations, for example, when it is equipped with heroes who have a kind of recovery or "catch-up"skill. For example, in Arena Defense – where attacking teams usually try to weaken your Defense with a few AoE attacks – having your healer have the Rabies set will allow him to fill up his turn scale faster than the next enemy champion. This will allow the healer to heal your team or even disrupt the turn order of the enemy team. The effect of this set of artifacts is applied to each hit. This means that the wearer's turn scale increases only if a single hit results in a loss of at least 5% of their health. However, each hit can increase the turn rate by more than 10%. For example, if an attack deals 12% of the champion's health, the turn rate increases by 20%. Each hit in multi-attack skills counts separately.
