Parasite

Any champion attacking a hero with this debuff is treated for 18% of the damage dealt. For example, if the Boss hangs this penalty, then all your heroes will be treated when attacking it. This is one of the best options for otkhill, because when triggered by "Military Affairs Master" or other talents that increase damage, your hero will be treated as much as possible. The main parameter for this penalty is Accuracy, and the higher it is, the more likely it is to be applied. (Does not apply to heroes who impose a similar penalty without a hit or a stable passive)
