HP Burn — guide

While this debuff is active and the turn of a champion affected by it begins, that champion and their allies receive damage equal to 3% of their MAX HP. Only 1 such debuff can be active on a champion. However, if several champions on the team are affected by it, each of them will work and deal normal damage.
