Acolyte — guide
Guide: Acolyte
In short
Acolyte is a Rare Support champion of the Force affinity from the Knights Revenant, and his whole kit is turn-meter play: 25% for himself on A1, a 50% cut on the enemy on A2, a full-team debuff cleanse on A3 and a 30% ATK Arena aura. He functions even at 5★ on throwaway gear, but build priority is low — the site verdict is blunt: food.
Strengths
- Absolution strips every debuff from all allies — unusual utility for a Rare.
- Dark Exhaustion cuts the target's Turn Meter by 50% at a 75% base chance, up to 90% with books.
- Eternal Fury gives him 25% of his own Turn Meter, so he cycles back to A2 and A3 faster.
- 30% ATK aura for Arena — the one thing that gets him picked in PvP.
- His value sits entirely in the skills, not the stats, so he doesn't need 6★ to do his job.
Weaknesses
- Both damaging skills scale off ATK while his role is Support — he neither deals damage nor tanks.
- Thin base stats: 104 SPD, 15,195 HP, 30 RES, so any AoE folds him.
- The Turn Meter reduction is single-target and chance-based, not real control.
- Rare Tomes are scarce and the payoff is tiny; almost anyone else deserves them more.
Where to use
His best rating is Clan Boss (3.0), and even there he is only justified in the very early game as a debuff cleanser with the occasional Turn Meter cut. Arena (2.0) is his second home — the 30% ATK aura plus a cut on the key target. Doom Tower (2.5) and Faction Wars (2.5) are filler slots in a Knights Revenant squad. Hydra (2.5) is weak; Chimera (1.5) and Hard mode (1.0) — skip him.
Stats and gear
Priority: SPD → ACC → HP%/DEF%. Rough targets: 170–200 SPD, 150+ ACC if you actually run him in dungeons or Doom Tower for the cut, everything else into survivability. Sets: Speed and Perception; from the recommended build, the relic Tempus Sanguinis. Treat this as a filler build, not an investment — don't chase perfect Speed boots on him.
Masteries and blessings
Support tree: Sniper for the debuff landing chance, Gathering Momentum from the recommended list, plus defensive nodes to keep him alive; Offense tree with Giant Slayer only if you genuinely use him on Clan Boss. Skip blessings — the champion isn't worth the resources.
Tomes
If you must book someone here, start with Absolution for the cooldown reduction — it's the biggest single upgrade in his kit. Then Dark Exhaustion up to the 90% chance. Realistically, your Rare Tomes belong to other champions.
Verdict
Acolyte is an early crutch for Arena and your first Clan Boss attempts, nothing more. Don't invest gear, Tomes or levels — he's food.

The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.

Acolyte Raid Shadow Legends is a hero from the "The Corrupted" alliance of the "Knights Revenant" faction. His main role in the team is Support. His main element is Force and he belongs to the Rare heroes of the game. Nevertheless, he can be useful to you in Arena offense, where he has the highest player ratings.
