Kalvalax is a legendary attack champion that floods enemies with poisons and extends them. His prime role is a poison damage dealer and debuff extender. He shines in Clan Boss (rating 5.0), Faction Wars, and dungeons. A must-build, especially for poison explosion teams — the author recommends fielding two of him.
Strengths

Where to use
Best areas: Clan Boss (5.0) — top-tier poison placer and extender. In Faction Wars and Dragon’s Lair he decimates waves. Strong in dungeons (4.0), Hard (4.0), and Chimera (4.0). Viable in Arena (3.5) and Hydra (3.5) but there are better options. Doom Tower (3.5) is average.
Stats and gear
Stat priority: Speed (aim200+), Accuracy (220-250 for endgame), ATK%, C.Rate (as close to100% as possible), C.Dmg. Aim for30-35k HP,4-5k ATK.
Recommended sets: Perception (Accuracy + Speed) — critical for landing poisons. Then Speed, Lifesteal (for CB sustain) or Savage/Lethal for damage. Relic: "Arachnelixir" enhances debuffs or poison damage.
Masteries and blessings
Offense tree with key masteries: Pierce Defenses, Target Smash, Pounsing Strike, Gathering Moementum, Boss Slayer. This maximises damage and ignore defence. Alternatively, Support tree's Lore of Steel and Lasting Gifts can help with cycle.
Blessing: Not specified by author; for damage dealers, Phantom Touch or Soul Reap (Cruelty) are common choices to boost damage output.
Tomes
Book A1 first to increase the poison extension chance from40% to55% — essential reliability. Then A2 and A3 for damage. Priority: A1 → A2 → A3.
Verdict
Kalvalax is a no-brainer for poison team enthusiasts and Clan Boss. With two copies and a poison detonator, he mels content. Build without hestation.
