Crypt King Graal — guide
Guide: Crypt King Graal
In short
Crypt King Graal is a Legendary Support from the Undead Hordes built around control: Decrease ATK, HP Burn and Freeze on targets that are already burning. He shines on Clan Boss, in Hydra and Hard mode, and against the Spider, where HP Burn does the heavy lifting. Build him for Speed and Accuracy — his damage is secondary.
Strengths
- His passive gives allies +33% HP in all battles — a free buff for any team.
- A1 has a 60% chance to place 50% Decrease ATK for 2 turns, which keeps the team alive against Clan Boss and Hydra.
- A2 hits random targets 3 times with a 50% chance to place HP Burn for 2 turns — one of the best debuffs against high-HP bosses.
- A3 hits all enemies, Freezes targets under HP Burn and extends HP Burn to 3 turns, and that extension cannot be reflected.
- Solid HP base (19,320) and Magic affinity, which is neutral or favourable almost everywhere.
Weaknesses
- His damage scales off ATK, but his role is support — he is not a damage dealer and should not be built as one.
- Base Accuracy is only 10: without Accuracy gear his Decrease ATK and HP Burn will be resisted constantly.
- His Freeze depends entirely on HP Burn — without it A3 is just a plain AoE.
- Weak in Arena and Doom Tower (2.5): slow, no cleanse and no immunity, easy to shut down.
Where to use
Best areas by rating: Clan Boss (4.0), Hydra (4.0) and Hard mode (4.0) — there his Decrease ATK and HP Burn extension genuinely carry runs. Faction Wars (3.5) is fine too, the Undead Hordes can always use debuffs and extra survivability. Dungeons and Arena (3.0 each) are passable: he is worth bringing to the Spider's Den, where HP Burn plus Freeze on the spiderlings speeds the fight up noticeably. Chimera (3.0) is acceptable. Doom Tower (2.5) is not his format.
Stats and gear
Priority: Speed → Accuracy → HP/DEF. Rough targets: SPD 200–250 (tune to your Clan Boss team), Accuracy 220–250 for Clan Boss and Hydra, then as much HP% and DEF% as you can stack. Skip C.RATE and C.DMG — the 15% base is enough since damage is not his job. Sets: Speed ×2 + Accuracy, or Speed + Life; on bosses survival and landing debuffs matter more than damage. From the relic list the author recommends Molten Deathbell, Orb of Transfixion and Skull of Treason.
Masteries and blessings
The author's build runs In For The Kill, Invigorated, Targetfinder, Destructive Accuracy, Nimblemiss and Buff Depletion — a support/damage hybrid leaning on Accuracy and survivability. The key picks are Targetfinder (Accuracy) and Invigorated (HP). No blessing is listed in the build; take a standard support-oriented blessing for survivability or extra damage.
Tombs
Book A2 (Deathlights) first: the books give +15% debuff chance and −1 cooldown, and that is what turns on the whole A3 Freeze combo. A3 and A1 only gain +5% damage each, so book them last or not at all.
Verdict
The author's verdict is "to the vault (fusion)" — he is not a must-have. But if you need Decrease ATK plus HP Burn for Clan Boss, Hydra or the Spider, he quietly does his job.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.

Graal the King Raid Shadow Legends is a hero from the "The Corrupted" faction of the "Undead Hordes". His main role in the team is Support. This hero applies Decrease ATK and HP Burn debuffs to enemies with his skills, while also Freezing them. This hero performs excellently in many battles, but best of all in the fight against the Clan Boss. Speed, HP, and ACC sets suit him.
