Guide: Armiger

In short

Armiger is an uncommon DEF champion from the Sacred Order, prized for his turn meter reduction on critical hits with his A1 and a powerful enemy max HP nuke that blocks revive. He excels in Spider's Den, Fire Knight's Castle, and various Doom Tower bosses. Build priority: 100% crit rate, high accuracy, and speed.

Strengths

  • 30% turn meter reduction on A1 critical hits – excellent boss control.
  • A2 deals massive damage based on enemy MAX HP and blocks revive.
  • DEF-based damage makes him naturally tanky.
  • Uncommon rarity – easy to book and ascend.
  • Versatile in many PvE encounters (Spider, Fire Knight, Doom Tower bosses).

Weaknesses

  • Low base stats compared to higher rarities.
  • Requires 100% crit rate to reliably trigger turn meter reduction.
  • Weak in Clan Boss and Arena due to limited utility.
  • Needs high accuracy and speed, which can be gear-intensive.

Where to use

Best in Dungeons (Spider's Den, Fire Knight's Castle) – rating 4.0. Also strong in Hydra (3.5) and Doom Tower (3.0) against Sorath, Borgoth, Astranyx, and Tainted Skavag. Usable in Faction Wars (3.0) and Hard mode (3.0). Not recommended for Clan Boss (2.0) or Arena (2.0).

Stats and gear

Stat priority: Speed (160+), Accuracy (200–250 for high-level content), Crit Rate (100%), Crit Damage, DEF%. Recommended sets: Speed, Critical Rate, Offense, Crit Damage, Destroy, Savage, Cruel. A Destroy set helps reduce boss healing from max HP attacks. Combining Speed and Accuracy sets can help reach stat thresholds.

Masteries and blessings

Masteries: Offense and Support trees. Key masteries: Warmaster or Helmsmasher for boss damage, and in Support – accuracy and turn meter boosting masteries. Blessing: Brimstone is a solid choice for extra damage.

Tomes

Book A2 (Last Path) first to reduce its cooldown from 3 to 2 turns, enabling more frequent block revive and max HP nukes. A1 can be booked later for extra damage.

Verdict

Armiger is a top-tier uncommon champion that every player should build for turn meter control and max HP damage. His value in key PvE content makes him a worthwhile investment.

Squire -  is an Uncommon green Defense champion of the green Magic affinity from the Sacred Order faction. He gained popularity among players RAID: Shadow Legends thanks to his imba skills that reduce Turn Meter with his basic attack and deal huge damage based on the enemy's MAX HP, and if the enemy is killed, they cannot be revived. A decent replacement for  Coldheart.

Squire is most often used on bosses that need to be slowed down by decreasing Turn Meter and to deal maximum damage. For example, in the Doom Tower against the Crab, in the Magma Dragon's Castle, and against the Spider. Overall, he is the most needed hero among those of his class.

How to equip Squire?

To properly gear Squire, you need to understand in which locations he will perform for you? Mainly, as mentioned above, it's the Crab in Doom Tower, the Spider's Nest and the Lava Knight's Castle. As we know, these bosses almost all heal and use unpleasant skills when their Turn Meter fills up. So we need to prevent this somehow. Therefore, to constantly reduce the Turn Meter, we need to focus on good Accuracy and 100% C.RATE, because it's exactly in this case that his reduction skill will trigger, and also decent Speed to take turns often. For this, Alacrity, Accuracy, and Speed sets are perfect. But let's not forget about the bosses' healing, which we can reduce thanks to the Cursed set. By combining these sets, we should achieve the optimal result:

  1. Speed -160 +
  2. Accuracy  - 220 +
  3. C.RATE - 100%
  4. C.DMG - the maximum possible while meeting the above stats.

Which masteries to take for Squire?

Based on the gear rules above, we will rely on the needed stats.

Attack Branch

For the Attack tree, we take everything for maximum damage: we increase C.RATE, C.DMG, ATK, and then go either through Warmaster or through Helmsmasher, at your discretion. In some cases, Helmsmasher will also work, but it's not consistent.

HP Branch

In the HP branch we need to take everything for increasing accuracy. Here it's simple, we look at everything for accuracy and Turn Meter filling.

Defense Branch

This branch is used the least often, as there is little of interest here besides the Cold Vengeance and Retribution masteries for Turn Meter filling and counterattacking. That's all.
