Corpse Collector — guide
Guide: Corpse Collector
In short
Corpse Collector is an Epic Support from the Undead Hordes with Force affinity. Her kit is built around the AoE Heal Reduction and Accuracy debuff from "Flurry of Blows" plus the poisons from "Cowardly Retreat". She earns her place on Clan Boss; everywhere else she is a middling Epic you build on leftover gear.
Strengths
- "Flurry of Blows" hits all enemies and has a 75% chance to place 100% Heal Reduction and -50% ACC for 2 turns — it shuts down healing and enemy debuff pressure alike.
- "Cowardly Retreat" strikes random targets 3 times, each hit with a 75% chance to place a 5% Poison for 2 turns: steady DoT damage for Clan Boss.
- The same skill puts a Veil on herself for 1 turn, so she survives boss AoE.
- Arena aura: +40 Accuracy to all allies, handy for your debuffers.
- A1 "Cunning Parasite" has a 40% chance to apply Parasite for 2 turns for free while she cycles her kit.
Weaknesses
- Fragile base stats: 991 DEF and 17,175 HP on an ATK-scaling kit — she folds under focus fire.
- All her damage scales off Attack, but you build Speed and Accuracy, so she hits like a wet noodle.
- Debuff chances are 75%, not 100% — misses happen without Accuracy.
- Almost useless against Chimera (1/5) and barely relevant in Arena (2/5), where only the aura matters.
Where to use
Clan Boss first (4/5): poisons and Heal Reduction do real work there. Dungeons, Hard mode and Faction Wars sit at 3/5 — she is just another debuffer. Hydra is 3/5 and situational, Doom Tower 2.5/5, Arena 2/5 (aura only), and against Chimera 1/5 you simply leave her at home.
Stats and gear
Priority: Speed, then Accuracy, then survivability. Rough targets: 200+ Speed, 200–250 Accuracy so the debuffs actually land on Clan Boss and in dungeons, then HP% and DEF%. Skip crit and don't chase Attack. Sets: Speed and Savage, as the author recommends. Relics in the build list: Irethi Coronet and Arachnelixir.
Masteries and blessings
The build list takes Pierce Defenses, Pouncing Strike and Boss Slayer — an offensive slant for boss damage. If she dies too early, fill in the Support tree for survivability and damage reduction. No blessing is listed in the build, so pick one to taste, leaning Accuracy or survival.
Tomes
Book "Flurry of Blows" first: rank 7 gives -1 cooldown plus extra debuff chance, and it is her core skill. Then "Cowardly Retreat" for its -1 cooldown and Poison chance. That said, the author calls tomes situational here — don't make her a priority.
Verdict
A mid-tier Epic with exactly one good home: Clan Boss. Build her only if you lack poisons and Heal Reduction, otherwise she is food.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
