Platinum Forge Pass and Summon Location Choice in Update 10.70

On September 2, 2025, RAID: Shadow Legends received patch 10.70 — an update that touches several systems at once: the Forge Pass, summons, storage, and champion balance. A little later, in version 10.70.2, the Chronophage set was rebalanced as well. Here is what changed and who it matters for.

What's new

  • A Platinum Forge Pass tier — a new, higher tier of the pass with 8 new relics among its rewards.
  • Summon location choice: players can pick the location where their summon takes place.
  • Reserve Vault expansion — more room for storage.
  • Rebalances for Raglin and Elegaius.
  • In version 10.70.2, the Chronophage set was reworked.

What it means for players

The Platinum Forge Pass tier is aimed at players ready to invest in long-term progression: 8 new relics open up more build options in both PvE and PvP, and the tier itself gives the season a longer-term goal. Summon location choice and the Reserve Vault expansion are quality-of-life improvements — active players who summon often and keep a large inventory will feel them first, with more freedom and fewer reasons to clear out spare gear.

Owners of Raglin and Elegaius should look over the rebalances, since balance changes can shift how those champions fit into a team, from PvE content to PvP lineups. And if you were running the Chronophage set, the 10.70.2 rework is worth reviewing to make sure your builds still hold up. Newcomers will get the most immediate value from the vault and summon changes, which are noticeable from the first days of play.
