When an ally gets a Freeze, it has a 20% chance of putting that Freeze on itself.
With a 25% chance, it fills its turn scale by 25% every time it gets a Freeze.
With a 35% chance, it removes all Freeze penalties at the beginning of each turn.
If there are several heroes in the team with this skill, it only works for one hero.
