Attack on all enemies. With a 70% chance, it puts a 1-turn Freeze on enemies whose attack is higher than their defense. With a 70% chance, it applies a 1-turn Health Burn to enemies whose defense is equal to or higher than the attack.
Damage depends on [ATK] = 5.5 × [ATK]
