Passive effect.
If the Freeze affects at least 1 enemy, it reduces the damage received by 10% and increases its own damage by 10%.
If the Freeze affects at least 2 enemies, it increases your speed by 15 and your resistance by 50.
Active effect.
Applies Invulnerability for 2 turns each time 3 enemies are hit by the Freeze.
