Glaciation

Attacks the enemy 3 times. if the target is frozen, it removes this penalty from the target after the attack and imposes it on all other enemies. After the third strike, it also attacks all enemies except the original target. The freeze will be applied to the remaining enemies, even if the original target is killed before the Freeze is lifted.
