Oppression — guide

Attacks an enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a Fear debuff for 1 turn. Has a 75% chance of extending the duration of Poison Sensitivity by 1 turn.

Passive Effect Attacks the enemy with this skill each time they place a Freeze, Stun, Fear, or True Fear debuff on an ally. The number of attacks depends on the number of debuffs placed: 1 attack for each Freeze, Stun, Fear, or True Fear debuff. The first attack will target the one who placed the debuff, and the rest will target random enemies. Can attack each enemy only once.

Damage based on [ATK] = 3.8 × [ATK]
