Heart — guide (Passive)

If the target is under a Healing Reduction debuff, each hit has a 50% chance to decrease the target's Turn Meter by 5%, and a 100% chance to decrease the target's MAX HP by 5% of the damage dealt. If the target is under a Healing Reduction debuff, also heals self by 5% of the damage dealt. Does not heal from damage dealt by masteries.
