Description
Attacks an enemy. If the target's Defense is higher than this hero's, ignores 25% of their Defense. If the target's MAX HP is higher than this hero's, decreases their MAX HP by 25% of the damage dealt. If both the target's Defense and MAX HP are higher than this hero's, attacks again.
