Description
Attacks an enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 20% chance of placing a Freeze debuff for 1 turn.
- If at least 1 enemy is under a Freeze debuff, ignores Shield.
- If at least 2 enemies are under a Freeze debuff, also ignores Block Damage.
- If at least 3 enemies are under a Freeze debuff, also ignores 30% of the target's DEF.
