Guide: Deathless

In short

Deathless is an Epic Defense champion from the Knights Revenant, a Spirit-affinity tank whose whole kit only wakes up when allies are dead. She has real value only in Arena (ally Resistance passive) and Faction Wars, and her build priority is very low — the author flatly calls her fodder.

Strengths

  • Passive gives all allies +70 Resistance in Arena — a rare aura on an Epic.
  • Brawl places Provoke (80%) and 30% Reflect Damage on herself, so she controls and protects at the same time.
  • All her damage and debuffs scale from DEF, so she needs no Attack investment.
  • Cold Revenge hits every enemy and is a guaranteed critical if more than two allies have died.
  • Usable Faction Wars filler for the Knights Revenant.

Weaknesses

  • Her A1 and A3 only pay off with dead allies — in a healthy team she is nearly blank.
  • Low bases: 1,156 DEF and 92 SPD, expensive to fix with gear.
  • Useless against bosses: no Poison, no HP Burn, and the Decrease DEF on her A1 is conditional.
  • Gear, masteries and Tomes are not worth it — stronger Epics sit in the same slot.

Where to use

Best scores are Arena (2.5/5) and Faction Wars (2.5/5): in Arena the +70 Resistance passive and her Provoke matter, in FW she works as a provoke tank. Chimera is 1.5/5 at best. Clan Boss, Hydra, dungeons, Doom Tower and Hard modes are all 1.0/5 — she has nothing to do there.

Stats and gear

Priority: DEF, then HP and SPD, then ACC. Rough targets: DEF 3,500–4,000+, HP 40,000+, SPD 170–200, ACC 200–250 so her A1 debuffs and Provoke actually land, RES 200+ if you use her in Arena. Skip C.RATE — the A3 crits on its own.

Sets: Defense, Speed, Accuracy or Perception, plus Immortal for sustain. From the listed relics, Molten Deathbell and Irethi Coronet are the options.

Masteries and blessings

The build list goes offensive — In For The Kill, Pierce Defenses, Boss Slayer — betting on her DEF-based damage. If you run her as a provoke tank, the Defense tree (Improved Defense, Bulwark, Fearsome Presence) plus Support (Sniper, Steadfast, Lay on Hands) does more for you. For blessings, take a defensive one such as Ward of the Fallen.

Tomes

If you must book her, start with Cold Revenge: ranks 5 and 6 each cut 1 turn of cooldown, which is the biggest gain. Then Brawl for the Provoke chance. Realistically, she is not worth Tomes at all.

Verdict

Fodder. The "stronger when allies are dead" idea does not work in practice, so do not sink gear, masteries or books into Deathless.

Immortal Raid Shadow Legends is a hero from the "The Corrupted" union of the "Knights Revenant" faction. Her main role in the team is Defense. The hero is very interesting because she shines when you have dead allies on the team. The damage and debuffs on Immortal's abilities depend on their number.
