Draconis — guide
Guide: Draconis
In short
Draconis is a Rare HP-type support from the Sacred Order with Dark affinity: a team-wide Shield plus a heal for the ally with the lowest HP, with both damage and healing scaling off HP. He works in early Dungeons, Clan Boss and Doom Tower, but the site author's verdict is blunt — vault (fusion). Build him for HP and Speed; Accuracy is wasted on him.
Strengths
- His A2 puts a Shield equal to 15% of his MAX HP on the whole team for 2 turns, and books drop the cooldown to 3 — near-permanent uptime.
- A1 and A3 both heal the lowest-HP ally, and A3 also strips all debuffs from that ally — a decent rescue button in debuff-heavy dungeons.
- Both attacks scale off HP, so a tanky build still contributes damage.
- Rare rarity: cheap to book, easy to ascend, fine filler for a new account.
Weaknesses
- Low base stats, and he brings zero debuffs to the enemy — just attacks and heals.
- Long cooldowns before books, and the A3 heal (25% of damage dealt) is tiny on its own.
- The only buff he offers is the Shield: no Speed, no Defense up, no mass cleanse.
- In Arena, Hydra and Chimera he does nothing another Shield champ wouldn't do better.
Where to use
Best ratings first: Dungeons 3/5, Clan Boss 3/5, Doom Tower 3/5 — and mostly early on. Faction Wars 2.5/5: usable as a Sacred Order Shield bot if you have nothing better. Hydra, Chimera and Hard mode 2/5, Arena 1.5/5 — he just takes a slot there. The build also lists Borgoth: the Shield helps you survive his hits.
Stats and gear
Priority: HP → Speed → Defense/Resistance. No Accuracy, no crit. Rough targets: 45–55k HP, 190–220 Speed, 2k+ Defense, 150+ Resistance if debuffs are flying. HP% gloves (or DEF%), HP% chest, Speed boots. Sets: Immortal or Life for HP, Speed for cooldown cycling, Shield or Divine Life as alternatives. Relics from the build: Malefic Talon and Orb of Transfixion.
Masteries and blessings
Main focus is the Support tree (healing and survivability) plus Defense. From the author's build: Pierce Defenses, Invigorated, Targetfinder. Blessings are not a priority on a Rare — don't spend essence on him; take a defensive one only if the slot is already free.
Tombs
Book the A2 first: +15% Shield and −1 cooldown on the last level is where his value sits. Then A3 for the −1 cooldown, and A1 last.
Verdict
A tidy but weak starter Shield support — level him for fusion or your first dungeons. Site author: vault (fusion).
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
