Fanatic — guide
Guide: Fanatic
In short
Fanatic is a Rare Support from Knights Revenant with Void affinity. His one real selling point is Rallying Cry: 50% Attack Up for the whole team plus one random debuff removed from every ally. The author's verdict is blunt — food. Build him only if you need a body for Faction Wars; anything else is wasted investment.
Strengths
- Rallying Cry gives the team 50% Attack Up for 2 turns and cleanses one random debuff from each ally, and a single book level already cuts its cooldown.
- Demon Hunt upgrades to 60% Decrease DEF instead of 30% when the target already carries 2 or more debuffs — a real boss debuff.
- Curse Burden dumps 2 of his own random debuffs onto the enemy at 75%, reaching 100% with books.
- Void affinity means no weak hits, so he slots into any team.
- In Faction Wars he covers two jobs at once: buffer and cleanser.
Weaknesses
- Weak base: 97 SPD, low HP and DEF, and all his damage scales off ATK — he will not hit anything.
- Both debuffs are chance-based and unreliable without tomes.
- Ratings of 0.5 in Arena, 1.0 in Hydra and 1.0 on Hard mode — he is a wasted slot there.
- Rallying Cry's 5-turn cooldown means he cannot keep Attack Up up permanently.
Where to use
Best home is Faction Wars (3.0), where his cleanse and Attack Up actually matter. In Clan Boss (3.0) he works as a cheap attack buffer and Decrease DEF source, but only at an early stage. Dungeons and Doom Tower (2.0) are tolerable, Chimera (1.5) is poor, and Arena (0.5) or Hydra (1.0) are a hard no.
Stats and gear
Priority: Speed first, then Accuracy, then survivability. Rough targets — SPD 190–220+, ACC 200–250 (higher for late dungeons and Clan Boss), the rest into HP and DEF, ignore C.RATE and C.DMG entirely. Use Speed, Perception and Accuracy sets; the author's build lists no sets, so default to these.
Masteries and blessings
Trees: Support and Accuracy. Key picks are Invigorated and Targetfinder for accuracy. From the relic list the author uses Orb of Transfixion. No blessing is listed in the build, and it is not worth spending one on a Rare food champion.
Tomes
Book Rallying Cry first: it has a single level and immediately gives −1 cooldown, the cheapest power spike he has. Then Curse Burden to push the transfer chance to 100%, and only after that Demon Hunt.
Verdict
A narrow Faction Wars and very early Clan Boss pick; past that he is not worth a single resource — the author's call of food is correct.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
