High Khatun is an epic support champion from the Barbarians faction, one of the best speed boosters for Arena. She fills ally Turn Meters and places Increase Speed, while also controlling enemies with Decrease Speed and Turn Meter reduction. She is a top epic worth building and fully booking.

Strengths

Powerful team boost: A2 fills Turn Meters by 15% and places a 30% Increase Speed buff for 2 turns.
High base Speed (104) and a 19% Speed aura in all battles.
Enemy control: A1 places 30% Decrease Speed, A3 reduces all enemies' Turn Meters by 15%.
Excellent for early to mid-game Arena, Fire Knight, and Barbarians Faction Wars.
Books are not mandatory initially, but fully booked she reaches her full potential.

Weaknesses

Low damage output — not a damage dealer.
Requires high Speed and Accuracy to reliably land debuffs, which can be gear-intensive early on.
In Arena defense, she can be vulnerable to buff removal or crowd control.
Effectiveness drops in high-end PvE content like Hard Doom Tower and Chimera.

Where to use

Best in Arena (Classic, Tag Team, Live) — rating 4.0. Also useful in Barbarians Crypt (3.5), Fire Knight's Castle (3.0), Astranyx (3.0), and Clan Boss (3.5). In Hard Dungeons and Doom Tower (3.0) she can work but there are better options. Not a priority for Chimera (3.0).

Stats and gear

Stat priority: Speed (as high as possible, aim for 250+), Accuracy (200+ for Arena and dungeons), then HP% and DEF% for survivability. Ignore Crit. Recommended sets: Speed, Perception, Accuracy. Relics: Journal of Necrotos (extra control) or Wand of Submission (buff removal).

Masteries and blessings

Primary tree: Support. Key masteries: Gathering Momentum (T5) and Invigorated (T6) to enhance Turn Meter fill. Secondary tree can be Defense for survivability or Offense for minor damage. Blessings: not specified, but Cruelty or Phantom Touch are common choices.

Tomes

Fully booking is recommended. Prioritize A2 (Rally the Horde) for cooldown reduction — this is her core ability. Then A3 (Shaman's Lightning) for increased Turn Meter reduction chance and cooldown. A1 last.

Verdict

High Khatun is a top-tier epic for Arena and an excellent early-game speed booster. If you pull her early, build her without hesitation — she will serve you for a long time.
