Ifrit — guide
Guide: Ifrit
In short
Ifrit is a Rare HP-type from the Demons faction, Dark affinity. His kit is pure debuff support: Weaken on the A1, ATK Down on the A2, a survival passive and a +15% HP aura. He only really plays on the Clan Boss, so build him for CB and nothing more.
Strengths
- The A2 places a 25% ATK Down for 2 turns — one of the key Clan Boss debuffs — and its damage scales off MAX HP, so you can build him as a pure tank.
- The passive cuts any single hit that takes more than 30% of his HP by 50%, which is effectively free survivability against heavy boss slams.
- That same passive answers enemy crits with a 30% DEF Down for 2 turns — the team gets a debuff without spending a turn on it.
- A 15% HP aura in all battles is a nice bonus for Clan Boss and Faction Wars.
- The A1 adds a 15% Weaken for 1 turn, a small damage boost for the whole team.
Weaknesses
- 95 Speed and 958 Defence — slow and squishy, he moves last without speed gear.
- Short, low-value debuffs: Weaken is only 15% for 1 turn, ATK Down only 25%.
- No AoE, no turn meter control, no cleanse, no revive — in the Arena, dungeons, Hydra and Doom Tower he does nothing.
- Ratings outside Clan Boss are 1.0 out of 5; the site author's verdict: vault (fusion).
Where to use
- Clan Boss — 3/5. The only place he matters: ATK Down plus the HP aura.
- Chimera — 2/5. A backup debuffer at best.
- Arena, dungeons, Hydra, Hard mode, Doom Tower, Faction Wars — 1/5. Do not invest there.
Stats and gear
Priority is HP% and DEF%, Speed on the boots, Accuracy from substats and the banner. Rough targets: 60–70k HP, 2,000–2,500 DEF, 170–190 Speed, 200+ Accuracy for Clan Boss. Crit Rate and Crit Damage are dead weight — he is not a damage dealer.
- Sets: Health, Defence, Speed, Accuracy or Perception.
- From the build list: the Gilded Dragonstone relic.
Masteries and blessings
The build lists Invigorated and Strengthening Will — both survival-oriented picks, which makes sense for a Clan Boss tank. Finish the defensive tree (DEF, HP, damage reduction) and take the bonus-damage-to-boss mastery in the Offense tree so the A2 is not completely empty. No blessings are listed, and with a vault verdict he is not worth the investment.
Tomes
The only real gain from books is the A2's final level (−1 cooldown), which makes the ATK Down almost seamless. Given the verdict, though, save your books for champions that play everywhere.
Verdict
A narrow Clan Boss tool: ATK Down, an HP aura and a survival passive. Everything else is vault or fusion material.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
