Lady Kimi is a legendary support from the Shadowkin faction who excels in Arena and Hydra. Her strength lies in turn meter control and applying critical debuffs to enemies. A must-build champion, especially if you need a powerful support for PvP and prolonged fights.
Strengths
- Turn meter manipulation: decreases enemy turn meters and fills allies', granting a massive speed advantage.
- Applies crucial debuffs (Decrease ACC 50%, Decrease SPD 30%) and AoE Block Buffs.
- Passive skill "Despotism" constantly reduces enemy turn meter and boosts allies with every debuff.
- Removes a random buff from each enemy before placing Block Buffs, increasing control reliability.
- Aura of +30% Speed in Doom Tower makes her an excellent leader for this mode.
Weaknesses
- Requires high Accuracy and Speed to function reliably, making her gear-dependent.
- Ineffective against enemies with high Resistance or Block Debuffs.
- Low damage output; she is a pure support, not a damage dealer.
- Her potential is limited against Clan Boss due to turn meter control immunity.
Where to use
Best in Classic Arena and Tag Team Arena (5.0), as well as Hydra (5.0) thanks to mass control and team speed boost. Excellent for Faction Wars (4.5) and Iron Twins (Magic). Useful in Dungeons (4.0) and Chimera (4.0), but not essential. Weaker in Clan Boss (2.5) and Doom Tower (3.0) where other options shine.
Stats and gear
Stat priority: Speed (target 300+ for Arena), Accuracy (500+ for Hydra and high floors), then DEF and HP for survivability. C.RATE and C.DMG are not needed. Recommended sets: Accuracy, Speed, Divine Speed, and Perception to reach key stat thresholds.
Masteries and blessings
Mastery tree: Slow The Enemy is the perfect choice to enhance turn meter control. Best blessings: Brimstone for extra damage in Hydra and PvE, or Temporal Chains for maximum enemy slowdown in Arena. Relics: Tempus Sanguinis, Wand of Submission, or Hallowed Hilt.
Tomes
Prioritize booking "Petal Storm" (A2) to reach 100% debuff chance and reduce cooldown. Then book "Surge of Courage" (A3) for cooldown reduction. A1 can be booked last — the increased turn meter reduction chance is not critical.
Verdict
Lady Kimi is a top-tier support for PvP and Hydra, breaking enemy teams with turn meter control and debuffs. A must-build if you aim to dominate in Arena and endurance battles.
