Lyssandra — guide
Guide: Lyssandra
In short
Lyssandra is a legendary Support champion from the High Elves faction, the queen of speed control in the Arena. Her main job is to go first, boost her team, and prevent enemies from taking turns. Build her without hesitation, invest tomes — priority on cooldown reduction.
Strengths
- Total speed control: Her A3 “Energizing Presence” simultaneously places a 30% Increase SPD buff on allies, fills their Turn Meters by 30%, and depletes enemy Turn Meters by 30%.
- 24% Speed aura in all battles — one of the best in the game, giving a massive starting advantage.
- Turn Meter reset: A2 “Exhaustion” fully depletes a single enemy’s Turn Meter, preventing them from taking a turn.
- Cleanse and debuff transfer: A1 “Transference” removes all debuffs from Lyssandra and transfers them to the target, making her durable and annoying.
- Versatility: Works well not only in Arena but also in Doom Tower, some dungeons, and Clan Boss thanks to her control and Turn Meter manipulation.
Weaknesses
- Speed dependency: without maximum Speed investment she is useless — if she doesn’t go first, she can’t fulfill her potential.
- Low damage: her attacks scale with ATK, but base damage is low; her main value lies in skill effects.
- Vulnerable to Block Active Skills: if an enemy lands this debuff, Lyssandra loses all her utility.
- Weak base defensive stats: requires good gear to survive random AoE attacks.
Where to use
She performs best in Classic Arena (5.0), Tag Team Arena, Live Arena, and against Astranyx — here she is absolute top-tier. In Clan Boss (4.0) and Dungeons (4.0) she is useful for control and speeding up the team, but there are better options. In Hydra (3.5), Chimera (3.5), and Doom Tower (3.5) she can be used in specific setups. On Hard difficulty (3.0) her potential is limited due to high enemy Resistances.
Stats and gear
Stat priority: Speed > Accuracy > DEF/HP. Speed is the absolute priority, aim for 300+ for high-level Arena. Accuracy — 250+ to land effects and deplete Turn Meters. The rest into survivability. Recommended sets: Accuracy, Speed, Divine Speed, Perception. You can combine Speed and Accuracy sets, for example, two Speed sets and one Perception set.
Masteries and blessings
Mastery trees: Support and Defense. Key masteries: Blessed Heal, Invigorated, Gathering Momentum, Heal 'N' Go, Bolstered Defense — they increase survivability and provide additional control. Best blessings: Brimstone (for Clan Boss and Hydra), Temporal Chains (slowing enemies), and Intimidating Presence (reducing enemy Resistance, useful in Arena).
Tomes
Invest tomes without hesitation. First priority is A3 “Energizing Presence” for maximum cooldown reduction — this is the core of her mechanics. Then A2 “Exhaustion” for cooldown reduction and increased damage. A1 can be left for later, but full booking gives more damage and reliability in debuff transfer.
Verdict
Lyssandra is a top-tier legendary for PvP content, a must-have for any Arena team that wants to dictate the pace of battle. In PvE she is useful but not critical; build her primarily for Arena.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
