Mausoleum Mage is a top epic Support from the Undead Hordes. He provides Block Debuffs, C.RATE and DEF Up buffs, as well as a powerful AoE cleanse with heal and Turn Meter fill. Shines in dungeons and Faction Wars, where his debuff protection wins fights.

Strengths

• Places a 1-turn Block Debuffs on all allies and 2-turn +30% C.RATE and +60% DEF buffs – strong protection against debuff-heavy encounters.
• Full team cleanse + heal (10% of his MAX HP, plus an extra 10% for each ally that had a debuff removed) with a 15% Turn Meter boost for allies who lost 2+ debuffs – can reset a bad situation.
• High base HP (19,485) makes his heals significant.
• Versatile: great in dungeons (4.0), Arena (3.5), Doom Tower (3.5) and Faction Wars (4.0).
• Epic rarity – tomes are relatively easy to get.

Weaknesses

• Low base Speed (104) – without good SPD gear he may not apply Block Debuffs before the enemy moves.
• Long base coolowns (5 turns on both A2 and A3) – requires tomes to function consistently.
• His A1 (30% Decrease SPD) only reaches 50% chance when booked, making it unreliable control.
• Mediocre in Clan Boss (3.0), Hydra (2.5) and hard Doom Tower (2.0) – there are better options for those areas.

Where to use

Best in dungeons (4.0) – Ice Golem, Spideer, Dragon where cleanse and block debuffs prevent wipes; Faction Wars (4.0) – a core pick for closing the fection. Good in Arena (3.5) against debuff teams, and Doom Tower (3.5). Sub-par for Clan Boss and Hydra.

Stats and gear

Stat priority: SPD (200+), HP% (70k+), DEF% (2.5k+), ACC (200+ optional, if you want the A1 Decrease SPD to land), RES optional.

Recommended sets: Speed (4 pieces), Relentless (extra turns to cycle skills), Immortal or Perception for ACC. Relics: Journal of Necrotos, Perched Shadow.

Masteries and blessings

Masteries: go deep into Support tree for Blessed Heal, Invigorated, and Heal 'N' Go. Secondary tree in Defense for survivability. Blessings: pick those that enhance healing or survivability, such as Guardian.

Tomes

Book fully. Priority: A3 (Winds of Deliverance) first – max the heal and reduce coolown to 4 turns. Then A2 (Might of Oblivion) for the -1 coolown. A1 last for the Decrease SPD chance.

Verdict

Mausoleum Mage is one of the best epic Supports in the game. If you need reliable debuff protection and cleansing, he will carry your team. A top epic, definitely invest in 6-star and full tomes.
