Guide: Sergeant

In short

Sergeant is an Uncommon Attack champion of the Sacred Order with Force affinity. All he does is hit twice with his default skill and every few turns drag a random ally into a joint attack. The site author's verdict is blunt: food, don't invest.

Strengths

  • Battle Call is a joint attack — an ally strikes with their default skill, and at level 6 the cooldown drops by 1.
  • Cleave hits twice, so two chances to trigger gear and blessing effects.
  • Sacred Order plus Force affinity means he can plug a hole in an early Faction Wars team.
  • Needs no tomes and no good gear just to function in the first days.

Weaknesses

  • Weak base stats: 1112 ATK, 804 DEF, 92 SPD — he is not a damage dealer.
  • No debuffs, no buffs, no passive — plain damage only.
  • The ally for the joint attack is random; you cannot control it.
  • Rated 0.5 in Clan Boss, Hydra and Doom Tower — useless in the endgame.

Where to use

His best scores are Faction Wars (2.0) and Chimera (2.0) — spots where you need some extra body and finishing damage. Arena and dungeons sit at 1.0, early-account material only. Clan Boss, Hydra, Doom Tower and high difficulties are 0.5 — he has no business there.

Stats and gear

The author gave no build list, which makes sense — nobody writes a real build for Sergeant. If you need him for Faction Wars: SPD first (roughly 150–170), then ATK% and C.RATE up to 100%, then C.DMG. ACC is pointless because he has no debuffs, and RES is a waste. Use whatever cheap sets you have lying around — Speed, Attack, Crit Rate — just don't burn good pieces on him.

Masteries and blessings

There are no recommended lists, and a full mastery tree is not worth it. At most, take the basic damage masteries in the Attack tree and a bit of Speed/support, without spending scrolls past the first level. For a blessing, take the cheapest damage one you have — never spend rare resources here.

Tomes

The only meaningful book is in Battle Call up to level 6 for the -1 cooldown. But nobody books an Uncommon food champion — those tomes belong to real heroes.

Verdict

Food. Keep him for the very first days or to fill a Faction Wars slot, then feed him into a champion who deserves the levels.
