Solaris — guide
Guide: Solaris
In short
Solaris is a Rare Attack champion from the Sacred Order, Force affinity. The only genuinely useful part of his kit is his A3 Blinding Technique: a hit with a 75% chance to place a 1-turn Stun. Building him as a damage dealer makes no sense with 1,244 base Attack, so the priority is Speed and Accuracy to land the stun. The site's verdict is blunt: fodder.
Strengths
- 1-turn Stun at 75% base chance (up to 95% with Tomes) — usable control early on and in the Crypt.
- A1 Light of Purification removes 1 random buff at 30% (40% booked) — occasionally strips shields in low-tier Arena.
- A2 Solar Shield gives him a Shield equal to 20% of damage dealt — a little survivability for an Attack champion.
- Force affinity: handy in the Sacred Order Crypt against Magic enemies.
Weaknesses
- Poor bases: 1,244 Attack and 92 Speed — he is not a damage dealer.
- Control lasts a single turn, is not guaranteed and comes with no second effect.
- 15 Rare Tomes to max out — far too expensive for this kit.
- Brings nothing to the team besides the stun: no buffs, no debuffs.
Where to use
His realistic home is the Sacred Order Crypt in Faction Wars (1.5/5), where he adds control and buff stripping. Arena (2/5) — low tiers only, as a stun bot. Chimera (2/5) — only if you have nothing else for the slot. In Clan Boss, Hydra, dungeons, Hard mode and Doom Tower (1/5 each) he is not needed; there is always a better option.
Stats and gear
Priority: Speed → Accuracy → HP/DEF, damage last.
- Speed: around 170–200 so the stun lands before the enemy moves.
- Accuracy: roughly 150–200 for the Crypt; in Arena, match your opponent.
- HP/DEF: stack survivability, the A2 Shield is tiny.
- Crit Rate and Crit Damage only if you have literally nothing better.
Sets: Accuracy, Speed, Perception — all in on Accuracy and Speed; a plain Speed set is fine early.
Masteries and blessings
From the site list: Invigorated and Targetfinder; put the rest into the Support tree for Accuracy and into Offense for crit. No blessing is listed — don't waste stars on a champion of this level. The listed relic is Orb of Transfixion: only worth it if he actually works in your Crypt team.
Tomes
If you do book him, start with A3: it gains stun chance (75% → 95%) and a cooldown reduction at the last level. A1 and A2 come last; maxing him out costs 15 Rare Tomes.
Verdict
A narrow stun bot for the Crypt and the first Arena tiers, nothing more. Build and book him only to fill out the Sacred Order Crypt.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
