Guide: Slayer

In short

Slayer is a Rare Attack champion from the Barbarians with the Force affinity. The idea behind him is stun and poison, but 1,233 base ATK and 90 SPD put him at the bottom even for a Rare. The site verdict is blunt: food — keep him only for Faction Wars.

Strengths

  • A3: single-target hit with a 75% chance to place a 1-turn Stun plus a 5% Poison for 2 turns; booked it reaches 100% and loses 1 turn of cooldown.
  • A1: 30% chance of a 25% Decrease ATK for 2 turns — the only debuff of his that actually matters against a boss.
  • A2 hits all enemies, which is fine for cleaning up early waves.
  • A Stun is rare among Barbarians early on, and that is exactly why Faction Wars (2.5/5) is his best score.

Weaknesses

  • Control is single-target, lasts 1 turn, and the Poison is only 5%.
  • Damage is tiny: 1,233 ATK, 15% base C.RATE and 57% C.DMG — any real nuker hits twice as hard.
  • 90 base SPD, no passive, no buffs for the team; in a squad he brings nothing but a 30% debuff.
  • Ratings: Hydra 1.0, Dungeons 1.0, Hard 1.0, Doom Tower 1.0 — he simply does not belong in serious content.

Where to use

Faction Wars first (2.5): you just need any living Barbarian with control there. Clan Boss (2.0) only as the cheapest Decrease ATK if nobody better is available. Arena (2.0) only at low levels. Skip Hydra, Dungeons, Hard and Doom Tower (1.0 each) — he is dead weight there.

Stats and gear

Priority: ATK%, C.RATE up to 100%, C.DMG, SPD, then ACC for the stun and poison. Rough targets for a Rare: 2,500+ ATK, 100% C.RATE, 120%+ C.DMG, 150+ SPD, 150+ ACC for A3. Sets: Attack and Crit Rate sets (2+2), Speed boots. The build list names one relic: Malefic Talon.

Masteries and blessings

Offense tree with Pierce Defenses as the key mastery, everything else is filler to squeeze out a bit of damage. No blessing is listed in the build, and there is no reason to invest — the champion is food.

Tomes

If you do build him, book A3 first: +15% debuff chance (up to 100%) and -1 turn cooldown. Then A1 for the Decrease ATK chance. Normally your tomes are better spent elsewhere.

Verdict

Food. A stun and Decrease ATK sound decent on paper, but the numbers are far too low — keep him for Faction Wars and spend nothing else on him.

Stag Knight Raid Shadow Legends is a Champion from the "Telerian League" union of the "Barbarians" faction. His main role in the team is Attack. He weakens enemies' ATK, stuns them and places Poison. The Champion can be useful in some battles and against the Clan Boss. He is recommended to use artifacts for Attack and C.RATE.
