Mother Superior — guide
Guide: Mother Superior
In short
Mother Superior is a Rare Support champion of the Sacred Order with Spirit affinity. Her kit is single-target healing based on her own MAX HP, 7.5% Continuous Heal and Shields for the team, plus a chance at 25% Decrease ATK. She only really shines in Faction Wars (2.5/5); elsewhere she is middling or worse (Chimera and Hard mode sit at 1/5). Build priority: HP first, then Speed.
Strengths
- Sanctify heals an ally for 30% of her MAX HP, and any overheal turns into a Shield for 2 turns — great insurance on a low-HP target.
- Chalice of Life puts 7.5% Continuous Heal on the whole team for 2 turns, and if allies are already topped up it grants a Shield worth 10% of their HP to everyone.
- Aura of +13% Speed in all battles — a quiet but welcome bonus for Faction Wars and early dungeons.
- Thunder Rebuke has a 35% chance to place 25% Decrease ATK for 2 turns, which occasionally trims a boss's damage.
Weaknesses
- Her attacking skill scales off ATK, and she has 991 ATK — she is not a damage dealer in any shape.
- Decrease ATK is only a 35% chance and still needs Accuracy, which her base kit does not provide.
- Weak bases: 103 Speed, 947 Defence, 30 Resistance — easy to burst down or control.
- A Rare with no unique mechanics: there is almost always someone better.
Where to use
Her home is Faction Wars (2.5/5), where the heal, shields and Speed aura plug a hole in a thin roster. In Dungeons, Arena, Spider and Doom Tower she is 2.0/5 — early game or filler only. Clan Boss and Hydra are 2.0/5, nothing to bring. Chimera and Hard mode are 1.0/5: skip.
Stats and gear
- HP% is the main stat: both the heal and the shields scale off MAX HP. Aim for 60–80k+ HP.
- Speed 170–200+, so she moves before your damage dealers and shields land before the hit.
- DEF% third, so she survives the first AoE.
- Accuracy (~150–200) only if you genuinely want Decrease ATK to land; ignore crit stats.
- Sets: HP, Shield, Speed — exactly what the build list recommends.
Masteries and blessings
Support tree leaning into survivability and healing; the build list names Invigorated, so build around it with the usual HP, healing and Resistance picks. No blessing is listed, and a Rare destined for the vault is not worth blessing investment.
Tombs
If you must spend: book Chalice of Life first — the cooldown reduction comes at level 2, so you get more team shields and Continuous Heal sooner. Then Sanctify (heal +30% total and cooldown -1 at level 6). Per the author's verdict, however, the books are better saved.
Verdict
Vault material: fusion and food. Outside Faction Wars there is no reason to invest in Mother Superior.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
