Lordly Legionary — guide
Guide: Lordly Legionary
In short
Lordly Legionary is an Epic Attack champion of the Banner Lords with Magic affinity. His kit is a single-target Decrease SPD with turn meter reduction plus a team-wide Reflect Damage and Regen buff, making him a hybrid attacker/support for early and mid game. The site's verdict is blunt: vault (fusion) — not worth building for endgame, only for Faction Wars or as fusion material.
Strengths
- Flank Strike: 75% chance to place a 30% Decrease SPD for 2 turns and, on success, also drops the target's turn meter by 20% — decent single-target control.
- Legion Orders gives the whole team 30% Reflect Damage and 15% Regen for 2 turns, which genuinely helps survival early on.
- His A1 hits twice, and against a target under Heal Reduction it lands 3 or 4 hits — fine damage scaling when paired with a debuffer.
- Magic affinity is handy against Force enemies in Faction Wars.
Weaknesses
- Poor base stats: 1,354 ATK, 947 DEF and only 96 SPD — not a top-tier fighter by any measure.
- The extra A1 hits need Heal Reduction on the target, and he cannot apply it himself — he needs a partner.
- Ratings are harsh: Clan Boss 1.5, Hydra 1.5, Arena 1.5, Hard 1.0 — no place in endgame content.
- His A3 is pure defensive buffs with no shield or heal behind it, and Reflect Damage rarely pays off.
Where to use
Best areas per the ratings are Faction Wars (2.5) and Chimera (2.5), where his buffs and Decrease SPD at least do something. Next come Dungeons (2.0) and Doom Tower (2.0) as early support for a new account. He is weak in Clan Boss (1.5), Hydra (1.5) and Arena (1.5), and in Hard mode (1.0) there is simply no reason to bring him.
Stats and gear
Priority: SPD → ACC → 100% C.RATE → ATK and C.DMG. Rough targets: 170–200 SPD, 150–200 ACC so the Decrease SPD from Flank Strike lands on bosses, 100% C.RATE, then stack ATK. Sets: Attack, Speed, Crit Rate, and Perception if you are short on ACC. From the relic list: Tempus Sanguinis and Irethi Coronet.
Masteries and blessings
Offense tree: Pierce Defenses, Gathering Momentum, Boss Slayer, with the rest filled in for standard damage and starting speed. There is no specific blessing recommendation for him; the listed relics are Tempus Sanguinis and Irethi Coronet, which at least give him some damage output.
Tombs
Book Flank Strike first — it adds +15% debuff chance and cuts 1 turn of cooldown, and that skill is the only thing making him useful. Legion Orders comes second for the cooldown, A1 last. But Epic books are expensive: if he is heading to the vault, do not spend any at all.
Verdict
A weak Epic with one passable debuff combo and mediocre stats — he belongs in the vault or in a fusion, not in a real team.
Build
The build is a guideline: the first sets in the list fit most often. Adapt it to your artifacts and goals.
Skills

Onslaught
Attacks an enemy 2 times. If the target is under a 50% Healing Reduction debuff, deals an extra hit. If the target is under a 100% Healing Reduction debuff, deals 2 extra hits.
Damage based on [ATK] = 1.5 × [ATK] (2 times)

Flank Strike
Attacks an enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a 30% Decrease SPD debuff for 2 turns. If the Decrease SPD debuff is placed, decreases the target's Turn Meter by 20%.
Damage based on [ATK] = 5.8 × [ATK]

Orders to the Legion
Places a 30% Reflect Damage buff and a 15% Continuous Heal buff on all allies for 2 turns.
Legionary Raid Shadow Legends is a champion from the "Telerian League" alliance of the "Banner Lords" faction. His main role in the team is Attack. This champion is able to place Decrease SPD on the enemy, and helps the team by applying Continuous Heal and Reflect Damage to them. Gear for Attack, SPD, and C.RATE will suit him.
