Ogre — guide
Guide: Ogre
In short
Ogre is an Uncommon Attack champion from the Ogryn Tribes with Magic affinity. The only thing he brings is a chance to land 5% Poison on a critical hit with his A1, and his base stats (1079 ATK, 92 SPD) are too low to make it matter. Build priority: none — level him only as a filler body for Faction Wars.
Strengths
- A1 hits twice on random targets, so two separate chances to apply 5% Poison on a crit.
- A2 grants +30% Critical Rate, which helps you lean into crits and poison procs.
- Magic affinity: no damage penalty against Spirit enemies.
- Uncommon rarity means duplicate copies are common — easy to slot in Faction Wars without investment.
Weaknesses
- Terrible base stats: 1079 ATK and 705 DEF, so he neither deals damage nor survives.
- 5% Poison for 1 turn is negligible damage, and it only triggers on crits.
- Zero utility — no control, no buffs, no meaningful debuffs.
- Rated 0.5 for Hydra, Chimera, Arena, dungeons, Hard modes and Doom Tower; he has no place there.
Where to use
- Faction Wars (1.0) — his only real home: a warm body until you pull proper Ogryn champions.
- Clan Boss (1.5) — early game only, if you desperately need any poison at all; on a real CB team he is dead weight.
- Everything else (0.5) — Arena, dungeons, Chimera, Hydra, Doom Tower: leave him out.
Stats and gear
The author provided no build list — and you should not need one. If you must gear him for Faction Wars: SPD first (~170–200), then C.RATE to 100% (otherwise no poison procs), then ACC around 150–200 so the poison actually lands, and only then ATK. Sets: Perception, Speed or Crit Rate — nothing expensive. Realistically, leftover gear from your vault.
Masteries and blessings
Offense tree for Critical Rate and damage against debuffed targets, finishing on Warmaster as his only real source of damage. In Support, take the Accuracy node so Poison sticks. Do not spend blessings on him — he is not worth a single star.
Tombs
The only worthwhile investment is the A2's sixth level for −1 cooldown. But tomes on an Uncommon are wasted resources: A1 upgrades are pure damage, so skip them.
Verdict
Fodder. Keep one copy as a Faction Wars filler and feed the rest into rank-ups.
