Guide: Ursuga Warcaller
In short
Ursuga Warcaller is a Legendary HP-type Barbarian with Void affinity, so she never lands weak hits. She is not a damage dealer but a team protector: her passive cuts the critical damage your team takes and soaks it herself, while her A2 spreads heavy debuffs on every enemy. Build priority is HP and ACC — shield uptime and the passive make her a core pick for Arena and Clan Boss.
Strengths
- Guardian passive: critical damage against your whole team is reduced by 30%, and Ursuga takes that damage instead. That alone shuts down Arena nuke comps.
- Knocking Down (A2) hits all enemies with conditional debuffs: enemies whose ATK is higher than their DEF get -50% ATK and -30% C.DMG, everyone else gets -60% DEF and -30% SPD for 2 turns.
- Upside Down (A3) gives the whole team except herself a 50% shield for 3 turns plus a 25% buff on herself.
- Giant Mace (A1) has a 45% chance to place Block Active Skills — useful on bosses and in Arena.
- Damage scales from HP (0.23×HP), so one stat covers both bulk and damage, and Void affinity keeps results consistent.
Weaknesses
- Thin base for a tank: 108 SPD and 1,531 DEF — she is fragile without gear.
- Because of the passive she absorbs her team's critical damage and dies first if her HP is low.
- No heal, no cleanse, no revive — only a shield and debuffs.
- Both key skills sit on a 5-turn cooldown and she feels dead weight without books.
- Weakest in Hard mode (3.0) and Doom Tower (3.5).
Where to use
Best in Classic Arena, Tag Team Arena and Live Arena (4.5) as the anchor of a defensive team. Next come Clan Boss (4.5) and the Barbarians Crypt (4.5), then Hydra and Chimera (4.0) and dungeons (4.0). Doom Tower (3.5) is average, and Hard mode (3.0) is her worst spot — bring someone else there.
Stats and gear
Go for bulk and accuracy. Rough targets: 70,000+ HP unbuffed (90,000+ with auras), 200–250 ACC (300+ for Arena), 190–220 SPD so the shield lands before the enemy nuke, DEF as secondary bulk, 200–250 RES optional. Ignore C.RATE and C.DMG. Sets: Defense, Resistance, Regeneration, Immortal, Guardian, Stoneskin. Relics: Blackshroud Fan, Diadem of Undeath, Wand of Submission, Volcardiac Heart, Xibia's Servitude.
Masteries and blessings
Defense and Support trees: Damage Mitigation, Bolstered Defense, Unflinching, Gathering Momentum, Critical Bolster, Buff Depletion. Blessings: Brimstone for extra boss damage in Clan Boss and Hydra, Cruelty for Arena and dungeons, Lightning Cage and Intimidating Presence as control options for Arena.
Tombs
Book Knocking Down (A2) first — it is her main debuff and she uses it everywhere. Then Upside Down (A3) to keep the shield coming more often. Leave Giant Mace (A1) for last, since only the Block Active Skills chance improves.
Verdict
The site author says level her: a pocket team protector for Arena and Clan Boss that pays off as soon as she gets real HP and ACC gear.
