Strengths

Stats and gear
Stat priority: DEF (primary), SPD, ACC (for debuffs), HP, RES. Targets: DEF 4000+, SPD 200+, ACC 200+ for CB and Arena. Sets: Resilience (DEF and RES) or Deflection Set (chance to reflect debuffs). For CB, Lifesteal is also common, though not listed by the author.
Masteries and blessings
Trees: Offense (up to Pierce Defenses and Boss Slayer) and Support (Invigorated, Strengthening Will, Gathering Momentum). These masteries boost boss damage and survivability under buffs. Relics: Gilded Dragonstone, Irethi Coronet, Wand of Submission. Blessing: choose based on content, e.g., Phantom Touch for extra damage.
Tomes
Prioritize Brave Rush (A2) and War Storm (A3) to reduce their cooldowns to 3 turns. Then book Cruel Beatings (A1) for increased buff reduction chance.
Verdict
Iron Brago is a top-tier legendary defender for Clan Boss, also strong in Arena and Faction Wars. Definitely build him if you pull him, and try pairing with Valkyrie for maximum effectiveness.

Iron Brago is a Legendary Defense Spirit champion from the Orcs faction of the Gaellen Pact in Raid Shadow Legends with a Defense aura in Doom Tower.
Iron Brago's abilities allow the team to survive significantly thanks to a constant Increase DEF buff that is applied for 3 turns and with books has a cooldown of also 3 turns, plus his passive that increases the team's defense. On top of all that, he is a decent controller, as he is able to reduce the duration of all enemies' buffs by 1 turn with his basic attack and apply Provoke and Decrease ATK to all enemies with his third. He has decent base stats for speed, defense, and resistance that can be boosted quite well with the necessary build.
The trick of his passive skill is that it works based on his total DEF stat, which is applied to each member of the team, and if a champion with a DEF aura is in the leader slot, this stat increases significantly by the percentage that the leader aura provides.
Which artifacts suit Iron Brago?
First option - for Clan Boss and Dungeons. Here it's best to equip him with Lifesteal sets with good DEF, SPD and a bit of ACC stats.
Second build option through RES for DEF packs, which is built for minimum damage, but has high DEF and RES stats.
Third option - in a Cruel set, which on the contrary is built for maximum damage, whose purpose is to increase damage in the Arena.
