Dikar — guide
Guide: Dikar
In short
Dikar is an Uncommon Barbarian with the HP role, yet his damage scales off ATK: Firm Strike hits for 2.9×ATK with +25% C.RATE, while Dust Clouds deals 5×ATK plus 0.5×MAX HP and reduces the target's Turn Meter by 50%. That Turn Meter cut is the only thing he actually does, and it sits on a 4-turn cooldown with 93 base SPD. Build priority: none — the site author's verdict is food.
Strengths
- Dust Clouds drops the target's Turn Meter by 50% — the one useful effect in his kit.
- Firm Strike adds +25% C.RATE, which is noticeable in the very first campaign stages.
- Decent base HP for an Uncommon — 16185 at 6★, so he can at least fill a slot.
- Barbarian faction: handy as a Faction Wars body until real barbarians show up.
Weaknesses
- 892 ATK and ATK-based damage — no damage dealer here, and the HP role with ATK scaling is just confusing.
- 93 SPD: he rarely gets a turn, so the Turn Meter cut rarely happens.
- No debuffs, no buffs, no control beyond that Turn Meter reduction.
- Ratings of 0.5–1.5: bottom of the barrel in Clan Boss, Hydra, Chimera, Hard mode and Doom Tower.
Where to use
Faction Wars is his best (and only) home at 1.5 out of 5 — and even there he is a slot filler until better barbarians arrive. Arena and dungeons sit at 1.0: early campaign only, while you have nothing else. Clan Boss, Hydra, Chimera, Hard mode and Doom Tower are all 0.5 — he has no damage, no utility and not enough survivability to matter.
Stats and gear
The author gives no build, which makes sense. If you truly need a Faction Wars body: HP% on gloves and chest, SPD on boots, ACC on the remainder (so the Turn Meter cut lands against high-RES targets). Rough targets: SPD 170–200, HP 40–50k, ACC 100–150. Sets: Speed, Perception, Life. Do not invest in C.RATE or C.DMG — even with crits he produces nothing meaningful.
Masteries and blessings
Ideally, spend nothing. If he is holding a Faction Wars slot: Support tree (Eagle Eye for ACC, Sniper for debuff landing odds) plus a few Offense points up to Warmaster if you want any damage at all. Skip blessings — the resources would go into a champion who does not play.
Tomes
Do not spend books on an Uncommon — his skills come from duplicates. The only thing worth improving is the Dust Clouds cooldown (4 turns), but the payoff is tiny and books belong to real champions.
Verdict
Food. Keep him as a Faction Wars slot filler and feed him to something else the rest of the time.
