Scarab Crab is the second most difficult Boss of the Doom Tower. To pass it, you need to have shields on the heroes and artifacts and a set of Doom. There are several more effective ways to pass this boss, which we will discuss below and also show some heroes
Scarab Crab Skills and Abilities

Fog of madness

Attack on all enemies. Imposes a 50% Attack Penalty and a 30% Speed Penalty on 2 turns.

Deals an additional blow to enemies without a Shield. An additional hit imposes a Provocation for 1 turn.

Damage depends on [ATK]

Malicious intent

Attack on all enemies. Deals an extra hit for each bonus on the target.

Each additional hit steals a random bonus from enemies without a Shield and removes a random bonus from enemies with a Shield.

Applies True Fear for 1 turn to enemies who managed to steal the bonus, and Fear for 1 turn to enemies who managed to remove the bonus.

Fear and horror (pass.)

Reduces the damage received depending on how your own maximum health has been reduced.

The damage received is reduced:

by 90% if the maximum health was reduced by less than 10%;
by 60% if the maximum health was reduced by 10-20%;
by 30% if the maximum health was reduced by 20-30%;
by 0% if the maximum health has been reduced by more than 30%.

Easy prey (pass.)

Counterattacks if hit by an enemy without a Shield.

Strong immunity (pass.)

Immune to Stun, Freeze, Sleep, Provocation, Non-Base Skill Block, Fear, and True Fear. Immune to the effects of health exchange, health equalization, and increased cooldown.
How to pass the Scarab Crab

After the update, the tactics of passing the Scarab Crab have changed a little, but still require heroes who apply Shields. The most optimal tactic is to immediately throw a speed penalty on the crab and impose a Speed Bonus on the allies, for example, the free hero Hattun, and then just cut his turn strip without letting him walk once. You can see the heroes who cut the turn strip at the link below, but the most budget-friendly hero is of course an unusual green hero Squire.
